Digital Products (Downloads & Online Content)

❌ No returns or refunds once files have been delivered.
If you experience a download issue, please contact us — we are happy to help.

Physical Books & Products

✅ Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if item arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify, submit proof (photo or video) within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
